The most significant change of the 2025 Xingyue L is the design of the front face. The new car adopts a convex straight waterfall grille (some high-end models are "bamboo joint" design), with a new silver LOGO and a through chrome-plated trim, which is visually more three-dimensional. The through chrome-plated strip of the front bumper echos the three-stage LED day running lights, which enhances the sense of horizontal extension. The new car paint colours such as "cold silver", "oriental green" and "ink green" further meet the personalised needs.

The core of the interior is a triple screen system consisting of a 12.3-inch LCD instrument + central control screen + co-driver entertainment screen. It is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip and Galaxy OS 2.0 car computer system, and supports OTA upgrade, voice control and Huawei HiCar/ICCOA CarLink interconnection. The new AR-HUD head-up display is added to the high-configuration model, forming a four-screen linkage, and the operation fluency is comparable to that of new energy models.

Thanks to the 2845mm wheelbase, the rear legroom is more than two fists, and the seat is soft and supports backrest angle adjustment. The trunk has a conventional volume of 562L, which forms a near-flat space after being put down. New configurations such as electric adjustment of second-row seats (high configuration), headrest audio, etc. are added to improve the comfort of family travel.

The whole series is equipped with the Volvo Drive-E 2.0T engine, which provides two types of tuning:

Low-power version: 160kW/325N·m, matched with 7DCT gearbox, WLTC fuel consumption 7.5L/100km;

High-power version: 175kW/350N·m (supercharging mode up to 380N·m), matching with Aisin 8AT gearbox, acceleration to 100 kilometres in 7.5 seconds, WLTC fuel consumption 7.79L/100km. The power output is linear, but it needs to be filled with No. 95 gasoline. The fuel consumption is high in urban congestion conditions, which has become the main point for users.

Equipped with an L2-level assisted driving system, including ACC adaptive cruise, lane keeping, automatic lane change and other functions. The high-configuration model is equipped with the NOA high-order intelligent driving system, which supports automatic up and down ramps, curve deceleration and avoidance of large trucks. With centimetre-level high-precision maps, the intelligence level is ahead of the same-class fuel vehicles.
