Recently, a batch of wheel excavators complying with China National IV emission standards have completed the shipment process and set sail for markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. With their high-efficiency, energy-saving performance and superior quality, these exported equipment have once again demonstrated the competitiveness of China’s construction machinery in the global market.

These wheel excavators meet multiple international environmental standards such as EU Tier 4 and Euro V. Equipped with advanced engines, they can meet stringent emission requirements without the need for urea, reducing maintenance costs by more than 15% compared with similar products. Meanwhile, the integrated EPFC electronic-controlled hydraulic system and Eco Guidance energy-saving navigation technology have achieved a dual breakthrough: cutting fuel consumption by 19% during flat-ground operations and improving work efficiency by 21%, striking a precise balance between fuel economy and production efficiency.

In terms of reliability design, this model adopts high-spec hydraulic hoses, which extend the service life by 3 to 4 times compared with ordinary hoses. The combination of large-capacity air filters and maintenance-free air pre-filters enables the equipment to cope with extreme working conditions such as high temperatures and sandstorms with ease, effectively reducing equipment downtime. In addition, supported by internationally renowned brand drive axles and gearboxes, and combined with the travel confluence function, the equipment can reach a maximum travel speed of 39.5 km/h, far exceeding the industry average in terms of transfer efficiency.

It is worth mentioning that the exported wheel excavators have obtained a number of international authoritative certifications including the EU CE certification and the Gulf States GSO certification. With the in-depth advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative, infrastructure investment in regions such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East has continued to heat up, and the demand for high-performance construction machinery has been growing steadily. Chinese construction machinery enterprises are constantly expanding their overseas market footprint through technological upgrading and product innovation, injecting Chinese momentum into global infrastructure projects.

Industry insiders said that in the future, as Chinese construction machinery enterprises continue to make efforts in localized services and customized solutions, the overseas market share of China’s construction machinery is expected to further increase, occupying a more important position in the global industrial chain and supply chain.
