18 Tons Multifunctional Dust Suppression Vehicle

1) It has multiple functions of spray dust suppression and cleaning, such as greening spraying, spraying dust suppression, low-pressure washing, greening irrigation, etc. The spray system has strong wind, good atomization effect and wide coverage. The low-pressure cleaning system is equipped with front duckbill washing, middle cone nozzle washing, rear watering, rear greening irrigation and rear operation water cannon.

2) The chassis is modified from the 18 Tons Multifunctional Dust Suppression Vehicle type II automobile chassis produced by Geely Remote Co., Ltd., with good maneuverability, chassis power of 281.91kWh and high energy density. This chassis is currently the most advanced and reliable electric commercial vehicle chassis in China

3) The chassis motor adopts 120/180/CRRC Times motor, with a rated power of 80kw and a rated speed of 1270r/min.

4) The total volume of the water tank is 8.16m³, the total capacity is 7.4m3, and the effective volume is 7m³. Made of Q235B high-quality carbon steel, the tank body material thickness is 4mm, the head thickness is 5mm, and the tank is welded; finite element analysis is used to achieve lightweight on the basis of reliable structural strength; Aksu paint is standard, with good anti-corrosion effect.

5) The wind gun water supply and low-pressure water circuit share a water pump. The newly designed "bullet-shaped airfoil diversion low-noise impeller wind gun" has low operating noise and high efficiency, with a spray distance of up to 100m and a pitch angle range of -10°~60°

6) Low-pressure cleaning system. The low-pressure water pump is driven by a motor, and the power is not taken through the chassis, so the operating speed is not limited. It is equipped with front duckbill, central cone flushing nozzle, rear watering, rear irrigation, and water gun functions to meet the needs of different working conditions

7) The vehicle adopts "CAN bus distributed control, in-vehicle authority allocation, and multi-point operation". The integrated control box and display screen in the cab can control all operating functions of the vehicle. When partial operation control is required outside the cab, it can be switched to the "remote control" or "bus panel" for operation.

8) The integrated control box is located on the right side of the driver's seat and is used to control various actions of the wind cannon operation or cleaning operation.

9) Bus panel. Located at the lower right side of the rear working platform, it is mainly used to control some actions of the wind cannon operation.

10) Color video rearview system, with a camera installed at the rear of the vehicle and a color display screen installed in the cab. When the wind cannon is operating, the operating status of the wind cannon can be monitored in the cab to avoid collision with children.

11) The water tank adopts finite element analysis to achieve lightweight on the basis of reliable structural strength; it is standardly equipped with Aksu paint with good anti-corrosion effect. A low water level alarm is set to prevent the water pump from being damaged due to waterless operation.

12) The spray system adopts a newly designed "bullet-shaped airfoil guide low-noise impeller wind cannon", a combination of a bullet-shaped guide inner cone and an arc-shaped guide plate to ensure efficient conversion of airflow in the wind tube, reduce energy loss, and reduce fuel consumption.

13) The fan speed is divided into two modes: "standard" and "strong" to meet the needs of different spray distances.

14) The accessories are highly configured, and the main parts use well-known brands with excellent quality and high reliability. The chassis adopts the electric vehicle chassis produced by Geely Yuancheng, and the upper motor, controller, hydraulic pump and main oil line hose are all well-known brand products.

15) It is equipped with multiple safety protection devices and alarm systems. Each sensor monitors the working status of the upper motor in real time: water tank water level, upper motor speed, and displays information on the display screen, and timely warning of faults; the camera and the color display screen in the cab facilitate operators to monitor the status of the wind cannon in real time to avoid collisions. Through warning lights, safety stickers, working music and other multiple methods, remind pedestrians around to pay attention to avoid.

16) Easy maintenance, the vehicle's various drain ball valves, air valves, hydraulic valves, solenoid valves, etc. are arranged in a position that is convenient for personnel to operate and repair. 17) Spray device: used for spraying dust reduction, spray distance ≥100m in calm wind, spray flow ≥100L/min, pitch angle -10°~60°, rotation angle -90°~90°, number of nozzles 50.

18) Front duckbill: used for cleaning the road surface, flushing flow 970L/min, flushing width ≥10m.
