The CFCS08CBV pure electric cleaning vehicle adopts the Guhe Yuancheng pure electric 8.5 Tons Cleaning Vehicle chassis, and is modified with water energy, front duck center washing device, front return centering device, rear water device, rear water cannon, air system and electrical control system. It is suitable for cleaning operations in urban roads, highway squares and port docks, as well as watering plants in green belts. The optional self-priming device can be used in sites that lack pressurized tap water to achieve autonomous water addition and expand the vehicle's operating range; the optional upper and lower spray can be used for spray dust reduction and heatstroke prevention and cooling operations.

Product Description

1) There is a low-pressure flushing system, including front duckbill flushing, front cone mouth hedging, rear sprinkler, rear water cannon and other operating devices. The front duckbill flushing, front cone mouth hedging and rear sprinkler can be used for flushing and sprinkling operations in roads, squares and other places respectively. The rear water cannon is suitable for long-distance flushing and sprinkling operations.

2) It is not suitable for use in cold weather and easy to freeze.

3) The chassis adopts Geely Remote 8.5 Tons Cleaning Vehicle pure electric second-class chassis, which has strong power, strong carrying capacity, advanced technology and reliable quality.

4) It adopts 70/120/Suzhou Green Control motor, and the protection level reaches IP67. The motor has an output efficiency of up to 95%, a peak power of 120kW, a maximum torque of 1100Nm, high reliability and long service life.

5) The electronic control adopts a well-known brand controller with a protection level of IP67. The controller has over-voltage, under-voltage, overcurrent and overheating protection functions. 6) The battery uses lithium iron phosphate batteries produced by CATL.

The battery system has passed strict tests such as vibration, impact, extrusion, wet and hot cycle, seawater immersion, external fire, and over-temperature protection. The battery protection level reaches IP67.

7) The upper body adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor of a well-known brand. The rated power is 30kW, the rated speed is 3200r/min, and the protection level reaches IP67 or above. The upper motor directly drives the low-pressure water pump. The transmission link is compact, the efficiency is high, and the noise is low.

8) The water tank has a large volume and a long working time. The water tank is optimized by the finite element analysis method and has passed strict reliability tests. The water tank adopts advanced one-time canning molding technology, permeation non-destructive testing, no water leakage, and long service life. The interior of the water tank adopts epoxy coal tar paint professional anti-corrosion coating to ensure the anti-corrosion effect.

9) The self-priming two-stage centrifugal pump from a well-known enterprise is adopted, which has high efficiency and good reliability. The rated working speed of the water pump is 1480r/min, the rated working pressure is 1.1MPa, and the rated flow rate is 40m³/h.

10) The front duckbill flushing device is controlled by a pneumatic shut-off valve, which is suitable for flushing road surfaces and curbs. The flushing direction of the duckbill nozzle can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range, and the flushing width is not less than 10m.

11) The front flushing device has a cone nozzle on each side, and two-way flushing is controlled by a pneumatic shut-off valve. The two rotating sleeves at the nozzle can be loosened to adjust the nozzle angle at will. The middle flush can flush 6 lanes at a time.

12) The rear sprinkler device uses a pneumatic shut-off valve to control the opening and closing of the rear sprinkler nozzle. When the two rear sprinkler nozzles are opened at the same time, the sprinkling width is not less than 10m.

13) The water cannon is an aluminum long-range water cannon, installed on the right side of the rear workbench. The water cannon can rotate 0 to 360 degrees, and the cannon can be operated up and down. The adjustment sleeve at the front of the cannon can be turned forward and backward to adjust the spray shape of the water flow (columnar or conical) and turn off the water cannon. The water cannon is controlled by a manual ball valve, and the water cannon can be opened and closed at will during work. The range of the water cannon is not less than 30m.

14) The vehicle adopts the control mode of "display screen + controller + CAN bus operation panel". When the operation starts and stops, the opening and closing of the front duckbill, front hedge and rear sprinkler are controlled by the operation box, and the motor speed is steplessly adjusted by the knob.

15) The water tank body is made of Q235B material, the internal wave-breaking plate buffer structure design is adopted, and the chassis adopts a frame structure to ensure the overall structural strength and rigidity.

18) Equipped with a high-quality aluminum alloy anti-skid ladder, the operators can step on the aluminum alloy anti-skid ladder to go up and down the rear platform safely and reliably, effectively preventing falls.

19) Optional function: molten salt stirring device: salt turning, self-stirring, requires the optional Aksu water tank, located below the right side of the rear operating platform, can be used to spread salt water in winter. Upper spray device: spray dust reduction, heatstroke prevention and cooling operations, located at the rear end of the water tank, equipped with stainless steel spray nozzles, good dust reduction and cooling effects. Upper greening irrigation system: for irrigation of green belts, 3 duck-shaped nozzles are configured on the left and right sides, located on both sides of the top of the water tank, and the nozzle angle can be adjusted arbitrarily to form water curtains of different angles. Rear greening irrigation system: for irrigation of green belts, 1 shower-type nozzle is configured on the left and right sides, located at the rear of the rear working platform. Low-pressure reel assembly: can be used for car washing and fixed-point cleaning, equipped with 20-meter hose, reel and spray gun, located on the rear working platform. Fully automatic water cannon: used for remote washing and auxiliary firefighting operations, the water cannon flow rate is 650L/min and the range is ≥38m. It can be automatically adjusted "up and down" and "left and right". The installation of a fully automatic water cannon corresponds to a vehicle length of 7000mm.
