This washing and sweeping function solves the operational difficulties of invisible garbage cleaning, curbs road dust from the source, and restores the original color of the road surface.

2) The chassis adopts the 18 Tons Washing And Sweeping Vehicle type second-class truck chassis of Geely Remote Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. The vehicle configuration is advanced, and the motor, battery, and electronic control adopt the industry's first brand assembly vehicle design. 3) The chassis motor adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor with an anti-condensation motor box structure, which can effectively prevent condensation from forming inside the box. When the motor alternates between hot and cold, it can effectively avoid high-voltage system failures caused by condensation. It is easy to assemble and reliable in operation, and can operate normally in harsh environments such as humidity and rain.

6) The high-pressure water system is mainly composed of water filter, high-pressure water pump, water distribution valve, handheld spray gun, pipeline, etc., which can realize the functions of road washing, spray dust reduction (optional), box self-cleaning, handheld spray gun washing, front high-pressure corner spray (optional), etc.

9) When the rated speed of the fan motor is 2600r/min, the rated power is 50kW. The output shaft of the fan motor and the fan impeller shaft are direct plug-in type, and the impeller is directly driven by the motor to rotate, with efficient output and reduced power loss.

10) One-to-two motors drive the high-pressure water pump and hydraulic oil pump through belt drive. When the motor is rated at 1500r/min, the rated power is 20kW. It is light in weight, low in temperature rise, high in system efficiency, low in loss, high in reliability, and low in maintenance cost.

11) The 7.1 centrifugal fan is adopted, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high-efficiency area. The fan impeller is optimized by CFD simulation, adopts a conical front disc structure, forward-shaped blades, and has excellent aerodynamic efficiency; the blades, impellers and impellers are stamped from low-alloy structural steel, with high strength and good consistency; the impeller and volute are positioned and welded using special welding tooling, and the process is reliable. Each impeller needs to undergo a rigorous overspeed test (exceeding 15% of the design speed), and the dynamic balance level is G2.5, which ensures the smooth operation of the impeller. It is one of the important long-term accessories of the Zhonglian brand road sweeper, with mature technology and reliable operation.

12) The core components of the hydraulic system adopt well-known industry brands, advanced technology, and have the advantages of high product reliability, good sealing, and low system failure rate.

13) The vehicle adopts the control mode of "display screen + controller + CAN bus operation panel". The fault diagnosis of the upper motor and controller can be queried online, and the CAN bus communication failure between the vehicle controller and GPS, motor controller, tail operation box, display screen, and voice alarm can be queried. At the same time, the input/output point status and corresponding line number of the controller can be queried, that is, the status of each actuator can be monitored and fed back in real time. When starting and stopping the operation, the motor speed, suction nozzle lifting, sweeping disc retraction, left and right spray boom retraction and other operating devices can be controlled with one button, and the operation is very simple. The vehicle operation is realized by three operating devices, which are located in two places in the cab and one place on the right side of the rear of the vehicle.

14) The system is set with 10 operation modes: left spray, right spray, full spray, left sweep, right sweep, full sweep, left wash and sweep, right wash and sweep, full wash and sweep, and pure suction. Users can choose the appropriate operation mode to operate according to the operation needs. After the operation mode is selected, one-key start/stop, all the mechanisms involved in the operation will automatically extend and operate in the specified order/stop recovery original state.

15) The upper motor speed control, the working speed of the motor for normal operation is automatically controlled by the electrical system, with a total of 3 gears: "cleaning", "standard" and "strong". And the speed can be adjusted manually, each time ±50r/min. After the system is restarted, the motor speed returns to the default stable (minimum) speed of each gear.
