1) The pure electric washing and sweeping vehicle is a multifunctional new generation of sanitation machinery 18 Tons Road Sweeper newly developed by our company (the leader of sanitation industry standards). The vehicle has strong power, strong carrying capacity and zero emissions, and the advanced structure combines sweeping, suction and washing, with good operation effect. One operation, three harvests, road sweeping, high-pressure cleaning of the road surface, garbage and sewage collection are completed at one time. This washing and sweeping function solves the operational difficulties of invisible garbage cleaning, curbs road dust from the source, and restores the original color of the road surface.

2) The chassis adopts the 18 Tons Road Sweeper second-class truck chassis of Geely Remote Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. The whole vehicle is equipped with advanced configuration, and the motor, battery, and electronic control adopt the industry's first brand assembly vehicle design. It has advanced braking energy recovery, integrated, multi-stage shock absorption design, ultra-low speed stability control (0.5km/h), dual-source steering, intelligent safety shifting and other humanized functions, realizing a new comfortable driving experience such as high stability, high reliability, and low noise.

3) The chassis motor adopts a permanent magnet synchronous motor with an anti-condensation motor box structure, which can effectively prevent condensation from forming inside the box. When the motor is alternately hot and cold, it can effectively avoid high-voltage system failure caused by condensation. It is simple to assemble and reliable in operation, and can operate normally in harsh environments such as humidity and rain.

4) Chassis battery: It adopts the original battery pack produced by CATL (battery cell, battery module, battery management system constitutes the battery pack). The battery protection level is high (IP68), which is at the domestic advanced level. It can be fireproof, waterproof, extrusion-proof and explosion-proof. It has high safety, long service life and strong reliability. 

5) The vehicle uses the working principle of suction and sweeping combined with wet dust removal to clean and maintain the road surface. The working device adopts a symmetrical arrangement of "central four-disc brush + rear suction nozzle" to facilitate cleaning on the left and right sides of the road. It has the characteristics of good maneuverability, low energy consumption, low noise, high efficiency, low use cost, and fast operation speed.

6) The high-pressure water system is mainly composed of water filter, high-pressure water pump, water diversion valve, handheld spray gun, pipeline, etc., which can realize road washing, spray dust reduction (optional), box self-cleaning, handheld spray gun washing, front high-pressure angle spray (optional) and other functions.

7) The dust suppression system of the sweeping disc consists of a diaphragm pump, a nozzle and a pipeline. It mainly achieves dust suppression by spraying water mist with a nozzle arranged in front of the sweeping brush. It is generally used in the road sweeping working mode, which can effectively reduce the dust stirred up during the road sweeping operation and improve the working efficiency.

8) The box body includes a clean water box body and a garbage box body. The clean water box body is welded with high-strength carbon steel and the interior is treated with Aksu anti-corrosion spraying technology, with a smooth surface and high strength; the garbage box body is welded with stainless steel plates and adopts the mature process of "large arc surface + corrugated structure". The rear door of the garbage box adopts the "cylinder + slide + lock hook" locking mechanism, which is matched with the foam rubber sealing strip and passes the sealing test to eliminate the hidden danger of water leakage; the overall performance of the box is excellent and the quality is reliable.

9) When the rated speed of the fan motor is 2600r/min, the rated power is 50kW. The output shaft of the fan motor and the fan impeller shaft are direct plug-in type, and the impeller is directly driven by the motor to rotate, with efficient output and reduced power loss.

When the motor is rated at 1500r/min, the rated power is 5.5kW, the energy consumption is low, the weight is light, the temperature rise is low, the system efficiency is high, the loss is low, the reliability is high, and the maintenance cost is low.

11) The 7.1 centrifugal fan is used, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve, and wide high efficiency area. The fan impeller is optimized by CFD simulation, and adopts a conical front disc structure and forward-shaped blades, which has excellent aerodynamic efficiency; the blades, impellers and impellers are stamped from low-alloy structural steel, with high strength and good consistency; the impeller and volute are positioned and welded using special welding tooling, and the process is reliable. Each impeller needs to undergo a rigorous overspeed test (exceeding 15% of the design speed), and the dynamic balance level is G2.5 to ensure the smooth operation of the impeller. It is one of the important long-term accessories of the Zoomlion brand road sweeper, with mature technology and reliable operation.

① The hydraulic valve group adopts a well-known domestic brand hydraulic superimposed valve, which has a long service life, high stability and reliability, low system failure rate, easy identification and maintenance, highly integrated valve group assembly, fast action response, good system maintainability, and can be remotely operated in the cab; 

② The hydraulic system realizes precise speed control of hydraulic actuators, smooth action, small impact force, extending the service life of the equipment and reducing the equipment failure rate; 

③ The hydraulic pipeline adopts the German standard sealing structure, which has good seismic resistance and high reliability sealing effect without leakage; 

④ The inner surface of the hydraulic pipeline adopts the acid washing and multiple cycles of high temperature and high pressure flushing treatment process, and the hydraulic system oil circuit adopts the double filtration mode of oil suction filtration and oil return filtration to ensure the cleanliness of the system oil circuit, reduce valve core stagnation, hydraulic oil emulsification and other system failures.
