1) It has an independent low-pressure cleaning system, which includes two front duckbill flushing, front counter-flush, rear sprinkler, water cannon assembly and other operating devices. It can also be equipped with spray, greening irrigation, low-pressure reel flushing, high-pressure reel flushing and other operating devices according to user needs.

2) It is not suitable for use in cold weather and easy to freeze.

3) The chassis adopts the 25 Tons Cleaning Truck pure electric vehicle chassis produced by Geely Sichuan Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., which has strong power, strong carrying capacity, advanced technology and reliable quality.

4) The drive motor adopts the TZ488XSPE352WH permanent magnet synchronous motor produced by Dana (Beijing) Motor Co., Ltd., with a protection level of IP67. The motor has an output efficiency of up to 95%, a peak power of 350kW, a maximum torque of 3500Nm, high reliability and long service life.

5) The electronic control adopts the controller produced by Dana (Beijing) Motor Co., Ltd., with a protection level of IP67. The controller has overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent and overheat protection functions.

6) The battery uses lithium iron phosphate batteries produced by Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

The battery system has passed strict tests such as vibration, impact, extrusion, wet and hot cycle, seawater immersion,

external fire, overtemperature protection, etc. The battery protection level reaches IP68.

7) The total volume of the water tank is 12.81m³, and the effective volume is 10.4m³. The water tank has a large volume and a long working time. The water tank is optimized by finite element analysis method and has passed strict reliability tests.

The water tank adopts advanced one-time canning molding technology, permeable non-destructive testing, no water leakage,

long life, and the inside of the water tank adopts professional anti-corrosion coating of epoxy coal tar paint to ensure the anti-corrosion effect.

8) It adopts a self-priming two-stage centrifugal pump from a well-known enterprise with high efficiency and good reliability. The maximum working speed of the water pump is 3200r/min, the rated working pressure is 1.1MPa, and the rated flow rate is 50m³/h.

9) The front duckbill flushing device is controlled by a pneumatic shut-off valve and is suitable for flushing the road surface and curbs. The flushing direction of the duckbill nozzle can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range. When the two front duckbills are opened at the same time, the flushing width is not less than 8m.

10) The front flushing device has a cone nozzle on each side, two-way flushing, all controlled by a pneumatic shut-off valve. By adjusting the rotating sleeve, the nozzle angle can be adjusted arbitrarily, and 6 lanes can be flushed at one time.

11) The rear sprinkler device uses a pneumatic shut-off valve to control the opening and closing of the rear sprinkler nozzle. When the two rear sprinkler nozzles are opened at the same time, the sprinkling width is not less than 14m.

12) The water cannon is a long-range water cannon, installed on the right side of the rear workbench. The water cannon can rotate 0 to 360 degrees, and the gun body can be operated up and down. The adjustment sleeve at the front of the gun body can be turned forward and backward to adjust the spray shape of the water flow (columnar or conical) and close the water cannon. The water cannon is controlled by a manual ball valve. The water cannon can be opened and closed at will during operation. The range of the water cannon is not less than 50m.

13) The low-pressure water circuit control box includes a left sprinkler switch, a right sprinkler switch, a left hedge switch, and a right hedge switch.

14) The water tank is optimized by finite element analysis and has passed strict reliability tests. The interior of the water tank is sandblasted and pre-treated, and sprayed with anti-rust and anti-corrosion asphalt paint, which is durable (stainless steel and other materials are optional). The water tank head is stamped by a mold, which not only ensures the structural strength, but also makes the appearance more beautiful.

15) Excellent quality, using a well-known domestic brand chassis, mature technology, wide application, and good reliability and safety. Using an internationally renowned brand of high-pressure water pump, the failure rate is low and the service life is long. Using internationally renowned brands of batteries, motors, controllers, and other electrical components, with excellent performance and reliable operation.

16) Equipped with a water shortage alarm and an electrical system to prevent the water pump from running without water. When the water level in the water tank is lower than the designed position, the system will sound a water shortage alarm and automatically stop the operation of the high and low pressure water pumps to prevent the water pumps from drying out without water.

17) Equipped with pipeline water discharge and antifreeze blowing devices in low temperature environments. Each low position of the high-pressure water system is equipped with a water discharge ball valve, and a quick connector for air blowing and drainage is installed on the right rear part of the vehicle. Customers only need to open the corresponding pipeline control valve, connect the air source, and connect the quick connector to realize the air blowing and drainage function of the corresponding pipeline.

18) Equipped with high-quality aluminum alloy anti-slip ladders, operators step on the aluminum alloy anti-slip ladders to go up and down the rear platform safely and reliably, effectively preventing falls.

19) Optional functions:

Upper spray: used for spray dust reduction, heatstroke prevention and cooling operations, spray flow rate 120L/min, system pressure 8MPa.

Fully automatic water cannon: used for long-distance washing and auxiliary firefighting operations, the water cannon flow rate is 650L/min, the range

≥38m can be automatically adjusted "up and down" and "left and right", and the installation of a fully automatic water cannon corresponds to a vehicle length of

9700mm. High-pressure reel: used for car body washing, road surface, sidewalk fixed-point local washing and other operations, the reel comes with a 20m long high-pressure water hose, which can be quickly connected to a handheld spray gun. For safety reasons, the working pressure should not exceed 8MPa. Left and right greening irrigation: used for irrigation of green belts on both sides of the road, the watering flow rate is ≥550 L/min, and the left and right nozzles can be controlled separately in the cab.

Low-pressure reel assembly: with a low-pressure spray gun, used for the outer surface of the garbage can, road surface and sidewalk fixed-point local

cleaning, the hose length is 20m, and the flushing pressure can reach 1.1MPa. Lower spray device: spray dust reduction, heatstroke prevention and cooling operation, located above the rear guardrail, equipped with stainless steel spray nozzle, large spray flow, good dust reduction and cooling effect. Upper greening irrigation system: watering green belt, 3 duck-shaped nozzles are configured on the left and right, located on both sides of the top of the water tank, and the nozzle angle can be adjusted arbitrarily to form water curtains of different angles.
